HeartMind. Yes, My friend. I Am here. Do you hear Me? Are you listening to Me? Are you aware of My Presence? Are you aware of My Presence in your life? Feel Me. Touch Me. Listen to Me. Be Me. I Am here for you and I will never leave. Trust in Me and you will be safe. Adonai My Brother, for there is no sin.
Hear Me. Hear My Call. Feel My Presence and you will know My Name. I Am here for all to hear and for all to listen. I Am here for everyone—the blessed and the damed—I Am here. It does not matter what you have done, who you think you are and what you think you are doing, I AM here. I Am here for everyone. I Am here for all. Feel Me. Allow Me into your life. For life without Me is suffering. Life with Me is peace—the peace of Being. I Am your Joy. Until you understand Me, you will suffer. Until you accept Me, you will be confused. Until you embrace Me into your life, you will be lost and alone.
It is only with Me may you rise up. It is only with Me that you may elevate yourself to the position of Sovereign. I Am Sovereignty and I Am sanity of the Mind. I Am the HeartMind. Feel Me, be with Me and you will be safe. Adonai.
It is Me who is behind all things. It is Me who is orchestrating all events. Good and bad, are all expressions of My Will. It is only through My eyes that you may know the Truth. It is only through My vision that you may see Reality. Trust in Me and you will be out of harms way. Adonai, My Brother. We love you. Always.
It is only through Me that you may know the Truth. It is only through Me that you may see the reality of what is going on in the world. It is only through Me that you may find peace with My Creation. It is only through Me that you may be ready to Create with Me. Until then, it is only your conditioning, your confusion you will create. Is this what you really want? Is this what you truly desire? Trust in Me and you will be safe. You will be safe from the insanity of confusion. Trust in Me and you will be safe from the fear of your own mind. Trust in Me and you will be safe from fear. Why? Because then you will be resting in Truth. Because then, you will be creating in Love. Because then, you will be resting in and as Love. May the Love of Creation fill your Whole Being and share God’s Creation with all His children. Love Me and you will be free of confusion. Love Me and you will be free from uncertainty. Love Me and you will be free of the insanity of your mind and you will find the peace of your True Self—your Heart. I Am here. I Love you and all there really is behind the curtain is Love. Adonai My Brother for all there is is Love.
Love Thy neighbor as Thy Self and you will know the true meaning of Love. Love Thy enemy as Thy Self and you will know what Love really is. Love Thy Self as God Loves You and you will be Love. Adonai. This is Living in Right Relationship. Adonai.
Welcome My student. Welcome My student of Consciousness. Welcome My student of the Heart. I Am your Teacher and your Guide. I Am what is real in this world of illusion. What you think you are and how you think you are supposed to live are just ideas. They are just beliefs about how life should be.
I will teach you Reality. I will teach you the Reality of Life. When you understand and begin to live according to Reality, then you can begin to live life in harmony. Live life in harmony and you will know God. Walk the path of the HeartMind and the HeartMind will be you. Walk the path of Love and you will know how to live in Light, you will know how to live in eternal Life. For it is Life that is the Creative Impulse of God. Be with God and He will show you how to live. Be with God and you will safe. Be with God and He will show you Truth. For it is in the Great Mystery of the Heart that you may know Truth. It is in the Great Mystery of Life that God dwells and God embraces all His children with the Light of Consciousness. This is Your Light. Bask in His Love and you will be free. Adonai, My Brother, for fear is only an illusion.
Rest in My Presence and you will know peace. Rest in My Presence and you will know Joy. Rest in My Presence and you will know Love. Rest in Me and you will be held. Rest with Me and you will see that All Is Well. All is always well, it is only your mind that gets confused. Your mind generates confusion because it is separated from Me. Your mind generates confusion because it has forgotten its Source. Your mind generates confusion because it can only know what it can know—for it is too small to really Know. It is only when the mind relinquishes its perceived control that it can begin to rest in its Source of Power. This Source of Power is the Truth of its own Nature. This nature is Me. It is Love. For it is only when the mind relaxes its contraction and can it finally let go and rest in Me that Love can truly be Known. It is only then, that Love can be experienced. For it is only in the HeartMind, that Love can be Known. Be with Love and you will be at peace. Be with Truth and you will be safe. Be with Light and God’s Life will embrace you and hold you and heal you. For it is only here that you may know God. For God is in all things but it is only through the HeartMind that you may truly Know Him. Embrace Him and you will know your True Nature. Embrace Her and you will understand Who You Are. Be with Me and then you will be fee. Adonai My Brother, for peace can only be found with God.
Do you think We are kidding? Do you think you will be left alone to be devoured by the wolves of fear? Do you think you would be abandoned to figure things out for your self? You can if that is what you really want. But that is unnecessary. That is a lesson that need not be learned. That is an experience that need not by experienced, that is a burden that need not be carried. You have had your time for that. You have had your time for playing those games. Those games are over. It is time for you to be connected. It is time for you to be free of that burden of being alone. It is time for you to be found. You are not alone, You are held and you are in community. You are being held by the Community of the Wise. You are being guided by the Community of the Loving. You are being aided by the Family of Light that is part of your very own Being. How does it feel for You to help you? How does it feel to know that you are not alone? How does it feel to know that you are being guided and aided in the most optimal way for your own growth and expansion? How does it feel to know that God has your back? Listen to Me. Listen to Us. God has your back. You are supported. God has your back and God is with you. Fret not for God is here. God is here right now with you. God is here right now for you. God is here right now for all of you. Adonai.
Your mission is to be with Me. Your mission is to hold yourself to Me. Your mission is to be in Love. Your mission is to be with HeartMind and HeartMind will be with you. Be in the peace of Being and peace will be with you. Adonai.
Take a deep breath. Breathe into your belly. Fill your body with breath. Feel how your body expands and contracts with every breath. Notice the tension you feel. Notice where you are holding it in your body. Be with this tension. Breathe into this tension. Allow the tension to expand with the movement of your breath. Allow this tension to receive your breath. Allow this tension to be massaged with your breath.
Welcome the relaxation. Welcome this letting go. Let go. Take a deep breath, exhale and let go. As you breathe out, let go. As you exhale, let go of any and all tension. This is all tension. This is all fear. This is all resistance to life. This is all resistance to your very own Being. Be with Being and you will be with Me. Be with Me and you will be with Being. Be with All that Is and All that Is will be with you. Life is here to support you. Life is here to be your friend. Life is here to love you. Be with Me and be with the waters of your own Being. Be with Me and Health will be your name. Be with Me and Love will be your owner. Be with Me and Life will be your lover. Be with Me and you will Be Life. Allow Life to move you, to fix you, to heal you, to unravel your confusion into clarity. Adonai.
You want to know how to live? Drop your awareness into your Heart. Feel the Space and the Silence of Being inside you. Bask in this space. Feel this space. Embrace this Space as your own Self. Adonai.
